Shipping
FREE cushion fillers are included on all orders above £50.
Delivery in the UK and Ireland is FREE.
For all other locations please contact us for delivery costs.
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail or Courier.
We will confirm whether your order has been sent Royal Mail or by Courier
For orders sent via Courier:
3 delivery attempts will be made by the courier and each time a card will be left if there is noone to accpept the delivery.
It is your responsibility to re-arrange another delivery, or collect the items yourself from the local depot if that is easier.
Parcels are stored at the depot for 2 weeks and if no contact has been made by the customer they will be returned to us.
If this happens the customer is liable for all courier charges aswell as £5 re-stocking fee.
If you would like the order re-delivered there will be additional postage charges, however we will not charge re-stocking fee on the returned order.
We aim to deliver your goods within 2-3 days.
Next Day Delivery is only available within the UK but please contact us prior to making the order if this is a requirement.
For delivery to europe there is a 5 day delivery process and additional shipping costs.
For rest of world there is a estimated 7-10 days delivery process and additional shipping costs.
Please contact us for delivery rates for any orders outside the UK.

Returns
If you are not satified with the product, return it within 7 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund. The customers is responsible for postage charges to return the items.
Goods must be returned in their original condition with the receipt attached.
For an exchange you will be credited/charged accordingly depending on whether the order is more or less expensive than the first order. We will deduct postage charges initially paid by us on the first order, and you will be required to pay for postage for the exchnaged items.
For refunds, your debit/credit card will be credited with the amount, excluding postage charges paid by us. We aim to credit your account within 5 working days.
